Quick answers about orders, files, and turnaround

Everything you need to know before you order. Still have questions? Contact us or start your order.

How do I place an order?
Use Start Your Order in the menu. Add your project details, sizes, quantities, and artwork. We reply within one business day with a quote.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept AI, PDF, PNG, JPG, and SVG. Vector art is best for logos and vinyl. Raster files should be 300 DPI at final print size when possible.
Can I upload artwork with my order?
Yes. The order and contact forms support file uploads. Your files are attached to your message so we can review them with your quote.
How long does production take?
Most standard orders are ready in 3 to 5 business days after approval. Rush turnaround is available on many projects—ask when you submit your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available when your order is complete. We will notify you when it is ready.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship signs, decals, and apparel transfers across the U.S. Shipping cost depends on size, weight, and destination.
What is DTF and when should I use it?
DTF (direct-to-film) transfers let you press full-color designs onto shirts, hoodies, and more. They work well for detailed art, gradients, and small runs without screen setup fees.
What vinyl and signage options do you offer?
We produce die-cut decals, vehicle lettering, window graphics, yard signs, banners, and indoor/outdoor business signage. Tell us where the sign will live and we will recommend the right material.
Can you design my artwork?
Yes. Mention design help in your order form and we will include a design quote with your project estimate.
What is your payment policy?
Payment is collected after your order is approved and before production begins. We will confirm totals and timeline in your quote.
